Name of creator
Likely attracted by the real estate boom in Edmonton between 1904 and 1912, William D. Latimer was in Edmonton by 1909 and self employed as a contractor. He lived around 107 Avenue and 104 Street in the Central-McDougall area of Edmonton.
In 1912, William was building two homes in the Delton neighbourhood, at the then Lots 13 and 14, Block 15.
By 1915 William D. Latimer had left Edmonton likely due to the bottom dropping out of the city’s real estate market in 1913.
It is not known how Mrs. MacLean acquired the records.
