Biographical history

William A. Glen was a mechanic and manager at Edmonton Motors from 1926 to 1931. The following year he started his own business, Glen’s Auto Wreckage, which became Glen’s Ltd. around 1947.
In 1940 William A. Glen married Catherine MacLean in Edmonton.
William A. Glen died around 1975.

Custodial history

This record was originally included with Northern Alberta Pioneers and Old Timers Association photographs (formerly EA-10-3007), but there is no documentation concerning its deposit in the Archives.

Scope and content

This fonds consists of a diploma, General Motors Service School, Chevrolet, for W.A. Glen, December 10, 1927.
