Portée et contenu

The fonds consists of Margaret McFarlane’s red leather cover autograph album 1890-1892, inscribed “Miss Margeurite McFarlane”, and includes various quotes, sayings and signatures by Margaret’s family, friends and acquaintances. The album shows a variety of styles of handwriting and calligraphy, as well as Margaret’s travels throughout northern and central Ontario, including Lion’s Head, Singhampton, Pinkerton, Walkerton, Blyth, Clinton and Fairview.
