Alfred Blyth fonds

The fonds consists of composites and photographs taken by Alfred Blyth Studios of City of Edmonton police, fire department, school board, and departments. Several of the composites were created for the City of Edmonton's centennial celebrations in 1967. Also included in the fonds is a photograph of the Edmonton police in 1908.

  • MS-526.3: This fonds consists of related to the life and career of Bessie McAvoy, including her childhood home, her sister Doris Redman, her tennis career, and her education (including two university papers and a copy of "The Souvenir -- Calgary Normal School, 1925-26".
