This fonds consists of publications, plays, and newspaper articles written by Cyril Wates, as well as assorted correspondence and records relating to the Edmonton chapter of the Alpine Club of Canada. The fonds also contains an article and correspondence of Helen Adela (Burns) Wates, as well as photographs of Helen Adela (Burns) Wates' family, ca. 1870-1880, Cyril Wates' telescope, 1942 and mountain climbing activities, ca. 1924-1938.
Wates, Cyril GeoffreyThe fonds consists of records from the Edmonton Branch of the Dickens Fellowship from 1927 to 1974. Materials include correspondence, minutes, ledgers, invoices, receipts, and clippings. The fonds also includes the Edmonton Branch membership rolls and membership certificates, along with minutes from a 1973 meeting of the Council of the Dickens Fellowship.

This fonds consists of the administrative records of the Jazz City Festival Society, including year-end financial statements, grant applications, venue and musician contracts, musician immigration and payment records, sponsorship correspondence and contracts, volunteer reports, and many festival planning documents. Additionally, this fonds contains press coverage from Jazz City, Jazz City programs, and several records relating to the promotion of Jazz City including t-shirts, posters, pins, and felt patches. Also included are photographs of artists and the festival, as well as VHS tapes with interviews and advertisements for Jazz City.
Jazz City Festival SocietyThe series consists of scrapbooks created by the Edmonton Art Gallery and invitations received by the Edmonton Art Gallery. The scrapbooks contain clippings, pamphlets, brochures, and various textual records collected by the EAG.
