The series consists of records pertaining to the administration and operations of the Society of Western Canadian Artists. Records include correspondence, membership lists, reports, forms, procedures, promotional materials, notes, agreements, artist's jury reviews and biographies, clippings, and bylaws. Also included in the series is an art print titled Fall Landscape, Alberta by George Weber and the Spring 1998 issue of Where Edmonton.

The series consists of records pertaining to the operation and administrative functions of the Edmonton Art Gallery. Included in the series are financial records, reports, correspondence, certificates, and promotional materials. Also included in the series are plans relating to the acquisition of land for new gallery, records related to the Edmonton Art Club, and architecture design drawings for the gallery.
The series also includes records from the Blow Condell family who donated money to build the Edmonton Art Gallery in 1962. The building was named the Arthur Blow Condell Memorial Building after Dr. William Newton and Abigail Edith Condell's son who died in 1910.

The series consists of records pertaining to Alan’s military and legal careers, with a lesser extent to his acting and community involvement activities. The records include programmes, correspondence, writings by Alan, news clippings and photographs.

The series consists of records of Alexander J.H. McCauley, predominantly musical programmes, many of which list him as the pianist or accompanist. The other programmes where he is not listed, it is presumed these were concerts or performances that Alexander attended.

The series also includes a musical biography of Alexander’s son, William A. McCauley.

The series consists of daily journals (diaries), 1906-1918, 1937-1950, scrapbooks and recipe clipping books, 1945-1962 (one recipe book added to after her death), correspondence, books, and other documents relating to her life, interests and activities.

This series consists of records of some of the clubs described above, but predominantly Club 70, The Imperial Sovereign Court of the Wild Rose (ISCWR) and The Roost Nightclub. There are early administrative records for Club 70, as well as newsletters and photographs. ISCWR records include Coronation programs and information from the first coronation in 1976, and then further programs and records from courts held from 1985 to 2009. There are numerous event and promotion files for The Roost Nightclub, including monthly event calendars, broadsheets and flyers, news clippings and event posters. Included with the records were Roost Nightclub plaques and trophies.

The series consists of records pertaining to events the Society of Western Canadian Artists held or took part in including exhibitions, shows, and workshops. Materials include correspondence, programs, planning materials, invitations, forms, guidelines and rules. Also included in the series is an issue of The Works A Visual Arts Celebration and the Edmonton Art Gallery Calendar of Events.
