Also included in the fonds are clippings, a copy of the report Confronting the Problems of Homelessness in Edmonton, and issues of the Edmonton women's newsletter Movement.

This fonds consists of records pertaining to the Lady Aberdeen League from 1964 to 1996 including meeting minutes, correspondence, insurance records, and financial records. Also included in the fonds are correspondence with children the League sponsored through the Foster Parents Plan of Canada. The financial records include ledgers, receipts, invoices, and statements. These records align with the main function of the League, which was to provide financial support to charitable organizations. The fonds also consists of an Ice Capades program the League sold, certificates, and a history of the League.

Emily Murphy fonds

The fonds consists of a series of scrapbooks compiled by Emily Murphy covering all aspects of her varied career and dating from 1906 to 1933. The records include correspondence, reports and other material relating to her work as a magistrate as well as manuscripts of some of her many articles. Some of the material relating to Mrs. Murphy was collected by her daughter, Evelyn Gowan Murphy, after Mrs. Murphy died. Scrapbooks include clippings concerning the death of Arthur Murphy and the lives of Evelyn and her sister, Emily Kenwood.
The photographs include 2 of Emily Murphy and 2 of dust jackets from her books “Janey Canuck In The West” and “Open Trails”.

The fonds consists of material created or collected by Frederick Marshall, including records on McDougall Church, Rev. Rundle’s Mission in Alberta, patient newsletters from the Royal Alexandria Hospital, some promotional material for Edmonton and Fort Saskatchewan, and handwritten reminiscences by Frederick Marshall.

The photographs include several photos of Indigenous men, women and children, including Chief Full Moon, Chief Duck and Chief Hector Crawler, and a photograph of George T. Montgomery, Mayor of Fort Saskatchewan.

The fonds also includes books and periodicals: St. Paul’s United Church Edmonton (287.9 PAU 1956), Canadian Born and Other Western Verse (819 AND 1913), Mission Among the Buffalo: The Labours of the Reverends George M. and John C. The fonds consists of the records of The Edmonton Women’s Film Society from prior to its formal incorporation in 2004 until shortly after the Reel Femme ‘10 festival in 2010, after which the society dissolved. The records include administration records from the society’s operations, such as grant applications, meeting minutes, society bylaws, and correspondence. Additionally, many records relate to the Reel Femme film festivals including flyers, programs, news clippings and publicity, film adjudication notes, and film classification exemption records. Also included are large posters advertising the Reel Femme film festivals.

Additionally, numerous records relating to the local and national LGBTQ+ communities are included, such as the GALA Human Rights Committee and GALA Week, as well as LGBTQ+ business guides. Also included are numerous newspaper clippings related to Womonspace and the LGBTQ+ community.
