The gravestone of the Bellamy Family - Thomas Bellamy was an alderman, his wife a prominent member of many social and charitable organizations and their son the first Rhodes Scholar from Edmonton. This marker is found in the Edmonton Cemetery.

Grace Martin was a teacher in Edmonton at the turn of the century. She continued teaching after her marriage, and after retirement continued to be involved with education. She celebrated her 108th birthday with students at the Grace Martin Elementary School in 1989.
