This series contains records collected and created by the Civic Centennial Committee. It includes foundational documentation, meeting minutes, correspondence, and general information and ephemera relating to Canada's Centennial.

This series consists of Pride Festival events and planning files, and includes organizing meeting minutes, promotional items and posters, and photographs. There is one file of information related to Gay Pride events in cities other than Edmonton.

This series contains the records created by the Edmonton's 75th Anniversary Committee and its various subcommittees. It includes meeting minutes, correspondence, graphic material, and ephemera relating to the activities undertaken by the committee and the community in celebrating Edmonton's 75th anniversary.

This series contains correspondence files from the Public Relations Department. The majority of the files are subject files. However, there are also some files of general correspondence, as well as correspondence around requests for financial contributions through the Department's hosting program.
