This series contains records created by Paul Norris while serving as an Alderman in the City of Edmonton. The majority of the records are alphabetical subject files of correspondence and council inquiries. There are also several boxes of correspondence with his constituents arranged chronologically. Some issues included in the constituents' correspondence also appear in the subject files.
Norris, PaulThis series consists of the papers of Alderman Ed Leger, who served on the Edmonton City Council from 1958 to 1986. The majority of the material originates from after the 1977 municipal election. The records consist of material sent to Leger in his role as alderman, as well as in his roles in various committees and boards in which he participated as a representative of the City Council.
Leger, Edmund HughThis series contains records created by or collected by the Office of the Aldermen and the Office of the Councilors which were not generated by a particular member of council. The records are believed to have been created by staff in the office, or collected as reference material to assist Aldermen and Councilors in fulfilling their duties.
The material includes agreements, reports, bylaws, correspondence, and submissions from the community concerning the general transportation plan.
The series consists of correspondence, meeting minutes, newspaper clippings, speeches, reports relating to Edmonton's economic and social development, and a diary and daily journal of appointments for the Mayor.
The series also includes photos of Terry and June Cavanagh (EA-353-6 and EA-353-7), and a photo album called
Cavanagh, TerryThis series contains the records created by the Edmonton's 75th Anniversary Committee and its various subcommittees. It includes meeting minutes, correspondence, graphic material, and ephemera relating to the activities undertaken by the committee and the community in celebrating Edmonton's 75th anniversary.
Edmonton's 75th Anniversary CommitteeThis series contains records predominantly relating to housing issues dealt with by the Public Affairs Committee.
McLean, William DouglasThis series contains records collected and created by the Citizens Action Centre. The material was mostly used to provide information to the public, though some material also reflects special projects undertaken by the unit, such as their involvement in the 1987 tornado response, Klondike Days, and the 8th IAAF World Championships in Athletics held in Edmonton in 2001. The material has been divided into the following subseries:

This series consists of aggregates of civic and federal census maintained by the Planning Department for the purposes of forecasting future needs. It includes aggregate information from the following censuses:
