The fonds consists of textual records, historical documents, photographs, paintings and maps gathered by NAPOTA in support of the association’s goal of preserving the history of Edmonton. Les Kozma fonds

This fonds consists of the December 1983 issue of "The Marker", a newsletter published by the Alberta Pioneer Railway Association. The newsletter includes an article on the consolidation of the Canadian Northern Railway and the Grand Trunk Pacific Railway at Edmonton written by Les Kozma. The records also include sets of blueprints for the Canadian Northern Railway Station in Edmonton (4 sections, 1/8"=1' scale) and the Canadian Pacific Railway (CPR) Station in Strathcona (3 sections, 1/8"=1' scale), which are reproduced in the article. Finally, there is also a book, 'Canadian Pacific's Western Depots: the Country Stations in Western Canada', written by Les Kozma and Charles Bohi (385 BOH).

The fonds consists of records created by the Ladies Auxiliary to the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers during Cora Shaw's involvement with the organization. The records capture the nature of the organization's activities, interests, and structure. Records include administrative documents such as minutes, financial statements, and event plans. Also included are bylaws, a songbook, and two photographs.

The fonds consists of records from the Edmonton Street Railway Athletic Association from 1921 to 1958. Records include minutes, a ledger, correspondence, finances, reports and membership lists. Also included in the fonds is a copy of the City of Edmonton Railway Department rules and regulations handbook and minutes from the Civic Fastball League.

The fonds consists of photographs from the Edmonton Chamber of Commerce's in-house collection. Many of the photographs are by the Byron-May Company, who were commissioned by the Edmonton Chamber of Commerce to create brochures promoting Edmonton as an up and coming city.

The photographs are of early Edmonton and include buildings, street scenes, city and farm scenes, animals, agriculture, people and events.
