This series consists of minute ledgers and officer roll books from the Unity Rebekah Lodge No. 26. The Lodge was established on July 30, 1912 in Strathcona, Alberta before the town was amalgamated into Edmonton. In 2008, Unity Rebekah Lodge No. 26 ceased individual operations after its consolidation with Maple Leaf Rebekah Lodge No. 2.
The series consists of records pertaining to events the St. David's Welsh Society held or participated in from 1973 to 2007 including St. David's Day Banquet, David Thompson House opening, Gymanfa Ganu, and Cwrs Cymraeg Y Rhosyn Gwyllt. Records include programs, correspondence, finances, brochures, and budget documents. Also included in the series are two guest books, photographs of various events and meetings the Society held and/or participated in, and a hand drawn poster of household Welsh vocabulary by Maggie Dower.

Records include correspondence, membership lists, reports, forms, procedures, promotional materials, notes, agreements, artist's jury reviews and biographies, clippings, and bylaws. Also included in the series is an art print titled Fall Landscape, Alberta by George Weber and the Spring 1998 issue of Where Edmonton.
This series consists of just five files, but as records accrue, this series is expected to expand. The extant files are all related to GALOC except for one poster pertaining to Women’s Studies on campus. GATE records are described in Series 1, and editions of 'The Pink Triangle' newspaper are listed as part of Series 13. Campus Pride Festival events and activities were kept where they were originally located with the Pride planning files described in Series 5. Finally, one file related to ELGRO mentioned in the history is located with Box 36, folder 54.

Sans titreThis series consists of records of some of the clubs described above, but predominantly Club 70, The Imperial Sovereign Court of the Wild Rose (ISCWR) and The Roost Nightclub. There are early administrative records for Club 70, as well as newsletters and photographs. ISCWR records include Coronation programs and information from the first coronation in 1976, and then further programs and records from courts held from 1985 to 2009. There are numerous event and promotion files for The Roost Nightclub, including monthly event calendars, broadsheets and flyers, news clippings and event posters. Included with the records were Roost Nightclub plaques and trophies.
