The series consists of records from 1963 to 1993 pertaining to the finances and operations of the Edmonton Rugby Union. The series includes financial statements, fundraising records, correspondence, marketing materials, guidelines, newsletters, club records, E.R.U secretary treasurer files, E.R.U Vice President files and clippings. The series also consists of records pertaining to rugby fixtures, the Women Aiding Ruby of Edmonton (W.A.R.), the Commonwealth Games and Edmonton rugby teams.

The series consists of records pertaining to the Alberta Rugby Union (ARU) from 1967 to 1989 including annual reports, handbooks, correspondence, by-laws, certificate of incorporation and financial records. These records provide representation of the relationship between the Edmonton Rugby Union and the ARU.

This series is comprised of minutes, financial statements, membership ledgers, reports, certificates, constitutions, bylaws, and correspondence used in the operations of the Jewel Rebekah Lodge No. 25. The Lodge was established on July 4, 1912 with Sister Emeline Moffat as the Noble Grand. As Lodge membership declined in other I.O.O.F. and Rebekah organizations in the City, The Jewel Rebekah Lodge No. 25 became the custodian of the other organization’s records. In 2020, the Lodge itself had to close its doors due to dwindling membership.

This series consists of property reports, financial statements, correspondence, building plans, cash books, and certificates created during the operation of the Edmonton Norwood Temple Hall. While directly associated with the Norwood Temple Lodge No. 41, many other Lodges were engaged in renting the hall for their own events, as well as holding inter-Lodge ceremonies. These records also consist of minutes from board meetings comprised of individual representatives from the Lodges, though not held on the Encampment level.

Also included in the series are plans relating to the acquisition of land for new gallery, records related to the Edmonton Art Club, and architecture design drawings for the gallery.
The series also includes records from the Blow Condell family who donated money to build the Edmonton Art Gallery in 1962. The building was named the Arthur Blow Condell Memorial Building after Dr. William Newton and Abigail Edith Condell's son who died in 1910.

This series consists of GALA’s administrative records including their bylaws and constitution, financial statements, meeting minutes and correspondence. In addition, there are copies of GALA grant applications, and records related to a GALA sponsored Symposium entitled “Flaunting It!” held in Edmonton in 1990. The meeting minutes and documents of the GALA-Police Liaison Committee are retained in this series, although after 1994, the Committee broadens its title to the LGBTQ Community/Edmonton Police Service Liaison Committee, and committee records continue until 2005.
