The records include meeting minutes, monthly newsletters, event planning, and financial reports. Additionally, numerous records relating to the local and national LGBTQ+ communities are included, such as the GALA Human Rights Committee and GALA Week, as well as LGBTQ+ business guides. Also included are numerous newspaper clippings related to Womonspace and the LGBTQ+ community.

It includes meeting minutes, correspondence, and photographs relating to the activities undertaken by the Committee in celebrating the RCMP's 100th anniversary. Events included commemorative markers, a display at City Hall, artwork by sculptor John Weaver, a special event at Fort Edmonton Park, and a commemorative church service at All Saints' Anglican Cathedral. The Committee also became responsible for a delegation sent to Calgary to honour that municipality's 100th anniversary as a City in 1975.
