The fonds consists of the scripts for Harry Farmer’s television program “Sunday Visit” broadcast by CFRN-TV. The program highlighted the history of various churches in the Edmonton area. Each of the scripts begins: "The story of … Church as told by Harry Farmer, Producer of CFRN Television’s Sunday Visit Series". The fonds also consists of photographs of the churches likely used in the show.

This fonds consists of documents relating to Andrekson’s work as a volunteer for various organizations. The majority of the material is related to Andrekson’s work with the Edmonton Civic Centennial Committee, an organization formed to celebrate Canada’s 100th anniversary of Confederation.

The remainder of the material consists of records from Andrekson’s other activities as a volunteer, namely as part of the Commonwealth Games hosted in Edmonton in 1978, and the 1983 Universiade Games, also hosted in Edmonton. The records related to these events are comprised of both organizational material, such as minutes and reports of the boards, as well as promotional material meant to be given to the public or displayed during the specific events.

The photographs are of events at Universiade ’83, including the opening and closing ceremonies and a variety of athletic events.

Some photographs are of Kaleidoscope ’83, the cultural arm of Universiade ’83, which consisted of a variety of cultural performances and displays held during the Universiade games.

The fonds consists of guest books from various Camsell Hospital functions, a hospital visitor's log, Christmas menus and cards, Long Service Award event programs, and photographs. The photographs include images of the hospital buildings throughout its history, portraits of board members of the hospital, and outdoor scenes of Indigenous people.

This fonds consists of the administrative and operational records of the Northwest Voyageurs Canoe and Kayak Club. The fonds consists of three scrapbooks relating to HMCS Nonsuch activities from 1956 to 1962. Additional materials include 2 copies of a brief history of the unit written by the Rev. J.E. McGrane (Chaplain) in 1962 and the programme from the commissioning of the HMCS Nonsuch in September 1975.

This fonds contains records about the operations of the Daughters of Penelope - Boreas Chapter 268. Records include meeting minutes, financial records, correspondence, and documents related to Boreas Chapter 40th anniversary celebrations. Also included in this fonds are records pertaining to the various charity donations and philanthropic activities of the Boreas Chapter, as well as their involvement in local initiatives such as Heritage Days.

Depending on the grant type, these files are generally related to bursaries, training grants, or discretionary and matching / special grants. There are also general files relating to the administration of the Muttart Foundation and some of its programs, individual grantees and funding issues, miscellaneous files, and objects relating to the Foundation. Also included are photographs of Foundation board members, staff, fellows, funding ceremonies, and various organizations that received grants.
