The Development Appeal Board (DAB) was established in 1966 through the March 1966 Zoning Bylaw (#2135). DAB heard appeals from individuals not satisfied by a decision of administration. Prior to the creation of DAB, these appeals were heard by the Zoning Appeal Board (itself established through the 1961 edition of the Zoning Bylaw #2135).
The minutes capture the final decisions of the Development Appeal Board, including conditions and justifications. Each meeting consisted of an agenda with items based on applicant or appellant names.
