The fonds consists of records pertaining to the operations and functions of the Society of Western Canadian Artists (formerly Federation of Canadian Artists, Alberta Region, Edmonton Branch). The fonds includes correspondence, minutes, reports, financial records, event materials, membership lists, newsletters, and an art print by George Weber. Also included in the fonds are photographs of society members, art, and events, along with signs used at events.

The fonds consists predominantly of textual records of Richard Henry and Annie York Secord, and their son Richard York Secord, and to a lesser extent Margaret Calder Secord (wife of Richard York), Isobel Secord, Lena Secord McFayden and Gene Secord Keltie (sisters of Richard York), and family of Richard David Secord (son of Richard York).

The photographs consist of family and friends, farming and business activities, events and street scenes of Edmonton.

The fonds consists of materials created or collected by Roderick Cook of Edmonton and dating from 1912 to 1969. The fonds consists of programmes from concerts and theatrical presentations including 1912 commencement exercises of the Edmonton Public Schools, the Edmonton Symphony, the Little Theatre, the Empire Theatre, the Edmonton Civic Opera Company, the Edmonton Philharmonic Orchestra, Sunday Musical Series at the Jasper Park Lodge, and air force and navy revues among others collected by Roderick Cook.

The fonds consists of materials created or collected by Renee Oswald between 1924 and 1943. The fonds consists of a genealogy chart, scrapbooks of Stuart (Stewart) Remillard Carson's theatre history and family memorabilia, including various certificates.

• The collection consists of materials collected by R. M. Currie of Edmonton, including programmes for musical performances and concerts (see file list below).
• The photographs include the Prince of Wales on the Legislature steps (1919) and the Metropolitan Methodist Church in Strathcona [ca. 1910].

Major, John Martland, Ernest W. Morehouse, J. H. Rudy, H. Storey, George E. Turner, Edward Underwood, H. M. and W. A. Whiddington [Whiddingdon], Arthur G. Wilson & Herald, and James A. Wize. The fonds also includes a panoramic view of Edmonton in 1912 printed by Hamly Press in 1962, information about various Edmonton landmark buildings, a charcoal copy from a photograph of the First Chapel in Fort Edmonton built in 1869 and detailed notes on St. Joachim Church.
