This series consists of records created by the Legislative Committee. It includes meeting minutes, agendas and attachments from 1968-1984 (files 1-356), reports to Council from 1972-1981 (files 357-575) and Committee correspondence from 1968-1973 (files 576-645).
This series consists of meeting minutes, agendas, attachments, reports to Council, and correspondence created by the Economic Affairs Committee. Over the years the Committee had various names, including the Finance and Budgeting Committee (1968-1971), the Economic Affairs Committee (1971-1982), the Corporate Resources Committee (1982-ca. 1984), and the Budget Committee (ca. 1986-ca. 1988). The committee was responsible for financial matters of the City, including approval of land sales and budgeting.
The series includes meeting minutes, agendas and attachments from 1968-1984 (files 1-498), with some earlier years including reports to Council and budget meeting minutes. The series also includes reports to Council with attachments from 1971-1981 (files 499-820), and budget meetings and associated subject files and reports from 1973-1988 (files 821-1324).
The fonds consists of records created during Una MacLean Evans’ terms as an Alderman for the City of Edmonton. Included are reports, annotated minutes of committees, photographs, and letters from citizens covering many issues. The photographs include two images of the proposed redesign of Century Place; one of the interior and one of the exterior.

This subseries also contains a copy of every recognition award the Board handed out from 1975 to 2017.

This series consists of reports and publications not produced by the Edmonton Social Planning Council (E.S.P.C.) or any of its divisions or committees. In its role as a research organization, the Edmonton Social Planning Council maintained an extensive library of records for use in social research. The E.S.P.C. would provide individual members and member organizations with access to these materials. Materials include reports published by both government and non-governmental organizations.

This series contains minutes, agendas and correspondence from the Land Sales Committee. The Land Sales Committee was responsible for the approval of all land sales and purchases by the City.

This subseries also includes photos taken by Archives staff of buildings related to Edmonton's history, the Archives facilities and staff, and photographs of Paul Kane sketches taken at the Edmonton Art Gallery.

The Development Appeal Board (DAB) was established in 1966 through the March 1966 Zoning Bylaw (#2135). DAB heard appeals from individuals not satisfied by a decision of administration. Prior to the creation of DAB, these appeals were heard by the Zoning Appeal Board (itself established through the 1961 edition of the Zoning Bylaw #2135).
The minutes capture the final decisions of the Development Appeal Board, including conditions and justifications. Each meeting consisted of an agenda with items based on applicant or appellant names. Each meeting is listed in chronological order as supplied by the creator. This series currently has a single subseries:
