The fonds consists of three scrapbooks relating to HMCS Nonsuch activities from 1956 to 1962. Additional materials include 2 copies of a brief history of the unit written by the Rev. J.E. McGrane (Chaplain) in 1962 and the programme from the commissioning of the HMCS Nonsuch in September 1975.
HMCS NonsuchThis fonds consists of the newsletters, financial statements, minutes, annual general meetings, convention files, correspondence, bylaws, membership lists, budgets, and publications of the Edmonton Stamp Club. Also included are medals won by an Edmonton Stamp Club member during various conventions. The video series, "Uncle Albert's Stamp Collection," is also included. Digitized access copies of the program are available in the Archives Reference Room.
Edmonton Stamp ClubThis fonds consists of land records and development permits for properties later annexed by the City of Edmonton. Some have correspondence, site plans, or architectural drawings included.
Parkland CountyThis fonds contains records about the operations of the Daughters of Penelope - Boreas Chapter 268. Records include meeting minutes, financial records, correspondence, and documents related to Boreas Chapter 40th anniversary celebrations. Also included in this fonds are records pertaining to the various charity donations and philanthropic activities of the Boreas Chapter, as well as their involvement in local initiatives such as Heritage Days.

Muttart FoundationThe fonds consists of a history of the life of John Frances Grant compiled by William J. Nutt. The manuscript covers the time frame of John Grant's life, 1831-1907.
John F. Grant came from a Metis family who were active in the fur trade in Lower Canada and the Northwest from about the 1770s. John was born 7 Jan 1832 to Marie Ann Breland and Richard Grant in Fort des Prairies, later known as Fort Edmonton. His father, Richard "Handsome" Grant, was an employee of the Hudson's Bay Company at the time. John’s mother died when he was a toddler and he was sent to live with his grandmother and aunt in Quebec.
John Grant was educated at Trois-Rivieres, Quebec before joining his father who became chief factor at Fort Hall, Montana. John later worked as a trapper, trader and settler before returning to Canada. He eventually settled in Alberta and died in Edmonton in 1907.
The fonds also consists of photographs of John Francis Grant, his father William, and photographs of paintings of John’s sister Jane Grant Lauranger, and John’s grandmother Marguerite Laframboise Grant.
