The banner used by the Society to identify their booth at public events is also included. There are also information files initially created by Dr. Dennis Wighton of the Department of Genetics, University of Alberta. These files were used by the Society in the development of their newsletters, merchandise, and briefing notes to government officials.

One photograph is a portrait of Elly De Jongh used for an Edmonton Historical Board award in 1984.

The fonds also includes a copy of the manuscript for the anthology titled, 1975 International Women’s Year Anthology and a copy of the final publication, which was published in collaboration with the City of Edmonton’s Public Relations Department.
