This fonds contains photos of Edmonton Transit equipment and Luna Gas in the 1950s, and construction and tunneling related to the creation of the LRT downtown in the 1970s.

The Foundation records, which make up over fifty percent of the collection, have been organized according to an existing file index and numbering system.

Garneau, Agent of Dominion Lands, Edmonton AB to Alfred Hutchings, Edmonton AB, enclosing Certificate of Recommendation for Homestead Patent for NE-4-54-24-W4, (NE 1/4 of Section 4, Township 54 Range 24 W of the 4th), with information about pre-emption for NW-4-54-24-W4, dated at Edmonton, 17th December 1886.
The collection consists of a brochure (2 copies) for the "Patriotic Day Service" for Edmonton schools, held Thursday June 30, 1927 to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee of the Confederation of Canada. The collection also includes a set of books – ‘The Principles and Practice of Modern House-Construction (1899) Including Water-Supply and Fittings-Sanitary Fittings and Plumbing-Drainage and Sewage-Disposal-Warming Ventilation-Lighting-Sanitary Aspects of Furniture and Decoration-Climate and Situation Stables-Sanitary Law’ (6 volumes – 690 SUT).
The collection consists of two tickets from Edmonton’s first movie theatre, the Bijou Theatre (John Hazza – Manager). The Bijou Theatre, located at 10134 – 101 Street, opened around 1910. It was remodeled in 1938 with plans designed by the architectural firm Rule, Wynn, Rule and reopened at the Rialto Theatre. The Bijou theatre closed around 1987.
The fonds consists of a list of banks in Edmonton from September 1891 to December 1938, including the names of managers and terms of office (Edmonton Clearing House 1939) and a programme from the First Annual Dinner of the Old Timers’ Association, 1894 (which would later become the Northern Alberta Pioneer & Old Timers’ Association).
The collection consists predominantly of photographs of Edmonton buses and trolley buses with one postcard photograph of the Lingnan Restaurant in Edmonton.
