This fonds includes financial statements, bylaws, meeting minutes, swim meet information, newsletters, photographs, and team clothing of the Edmonton Humahumanukanukaapua'a Swim Club. The photographs include images taken during swim meets and Club gatherings.

This fonds consists of the records of the Northern Alberta Wood Carvers Association. The records consist of the Association's History Record Book scrapbook, newsletters, carving guides, administration documents, meeting minutes, photographs of carving show entries, and cartoons designed for the Association's newsletter. This fonds consists of the administrative and operational records of the Northwest Voyageurs Canoe and Kayak Club. The records include incorporation documents, minutes of the executive committee, newsletters, river flow data, research materials, trip schedules and reports, maps, as well as photographs captured during Club excursions.

The fonds also includes the Edmonton Branch membership rolls and membership certificates, along with minutes from a 1973 meeting of the Council of the Dickens Fellowship.

The fonds (or collection) consists of meeting minutes, correspondence, member obituaries, initiation ceremony scripts, membership lists, and some constitution and bylaw booklets of the main Canukeena Club organization that were distributed to its smaller branches. Also included are three lapel pins that were given to members in good standing upon their initiation. The photograph consists of the last meeting of the Canukeena Club of Edmonton’s members.

This fonds consists of the administrative records of the Jazz City Festival Society, including year-end financial statements, grant applications, venue and musician contracts, musician immigration and payment records, sponsorship correspondence and contracts, volunteer reports, and many festival planning documents. Additionally, this fonds contains press coverage from Jazz City, Jazz City programs, and several records relating to the promotion of Jazz City including t-shirts, posters, pins, and felt patches. Also included are photographs of artists and the festival, as well as VHS tapes with interviews and advertisements for Jazz City.

The fonds consists of administrative and financial records of the Alberta Pensioners' Society, including correspondence, scrapbooks of minutes, news clippings, legislative materials from various jurisdictions and other publications.

The fonds consists of the records of The Edmonton Women’s Film Society from prior to its formal incorporation in 2004 until shortly after the Reel Femme ‘10 festival in 2010, after which the society dissolved. The records include administration records from the society’s operations, such as grant applications, meeting minutes, society bylaws, and correspondence. Additionally, many records relate to the Reel Femme film festivals including flyers, programs, news clippings and publicity, film adjudication notes, and film classification exemption records. Also included are large posters advertising the Reel Femme film festivals.

The fonds consists of the minutes, bylaws, financial statements, correspondence, photographs, memorabilia, and newsletters of the Klondike Trailer Club, the Coachmen Travel Club, and the Klondike Coachmen RV Club. The majority of the records were generated by the Klondike Trailer Club from its establishment in 1966 until its amalgamation with the Coachmen Travel Club in 2000. Also included are records generated during the Klondike Trailer Club’s membership with the Alberta Travel Trailer Association and its successor, the Camping Club of Alberta.

Some of the objects included with the records are signs meant for placement on recreational vehicles to signify membership with the Club, a picket sign of the Klondike Trailer Club’s mascot ‘Klondike Mike’ which denotes the trailer unit’s membership number, a patch, a hat, and pins.

The photographs include images of Klondike Travel Club events from both summer and winter gatherings. The photographs have been processed in the albums in which they were donated in order to provide context for the unlabelled and unidentified images.

The fonds consists of the records of The Whale Society of Edmonton from shortly before its formal incorporation in 1979 until shortly after its dissolution in 1983. The records include correspondence, newsletters, briefing notes, public presentations, posters, financial records, and minutes of meetings. Also included in the records is a T-Shirt designed by a Society member and sold as a fundraising item at public events. The banner used by the Society to identify their booth at public events is also included. There are also information files initially created by Dr. Dennis Wighton of the Department of Genetics, University of Alberta. These files were used by the Society in the development of their newsletters, merchandise, and briefing notes to government officials.
