The fonds consists of records of the restoration of Edmonton Radial Railway Street Car Number 1. It includes a photograph album, technical literature and plans relating to street railway equipment from several manufacturers.
The photographs include the Cromdale car barns and yard of the Edmonton Transit System.
The series consists of meeting minutes, agreements, financial records, personnel records, correspondence, and other material generated through the business conducted at the Municipal Airport.
An order has been imposed on the material. The arrangement includes four sub-series, which are as follows:
- Sub-series 1.1 – Reports, minutes, general orders and record keeping
- Sub-series 1.2 – Finance
- Sub-series 1.3 – Buildings
- Sub-series 1.4 – Human Resources (Restricted)
The fonds consists of textual records and photographs created or collected by Hubert A. Hollingworth. The textual records reflect Hollingworth’s business and photography work, as well as his family and household life. There are also records where it is not known how they are specifically related to Hollingworth, so it has been assumed he collected the pieces. These records, as well as the books and maps, reflect Hollingworth's variety of interests.
The photographs cover a wide array of Edmonton including buildings and street scenes, activities and events, as well as people and businesses.
The photograph records are divided into two series:
Series 1 – Hollingworth Photographs.
Series 2 – Glass Slide Photographs.
The series consist of correspondence between Municipal Airport officials and City employees, other levels of government, clients, and private individuals relating to the operation of the Municipal Airport.
The fonds consists of the minutes, bylaws, financial statements, correspondence, photographs, memorabilia, and newsletters of the Klondike Trailer Club, the Coachmen Travel Club, and the Klondike Coachmen RV Club. The majority of the records were generated by the Klondike Trailer Club from its establishment in 1966 until its amalgamation with the Coachmen Travel Club in 2000. Also included are records generated during the Klondike Trailer Club’s membership with the Alberta Travel Trailer Association and its successor, the Camping Club of Alberta.
Some of the objects included with the records are signs meant for placement on recreational vehicles to signify membership with the Club, a picket sign of the Klondike Trailer Club’s mascot ‘Klondike Mike’ which denotes the trailer unit’s membership number, a patch, a hat, and pins.
The photographs include images of Klondike Travel Club events from both summer and winter gatherings. The photographs have been processed in the albums in which they were donated in order to provide context for the unlabelled and unidentified images.

Records include minutes, a ledger, correspondence, finances, reports and membership lists. Also included in the fonds is a copy of the City of Edmonton Railway Department rules and regulations handbook and minutes from the Civic Fastball League.
Sin títuloThis fonds consists of a history of the Alban, Treals, Cartmell and Fry families, transit maps, an Alberta Railway timetable, a price list for Hazletts' store, and materials on the Edmonton Bird Club.
The photographs include Edmonton buildings, street scenes, events and people.
The fonds consists of textual records, historical documents, photographs, paintings and maps gathered by NAPOTA in support of the association’s goal of preserving the history of Edmonton. The fonds also includes the records of the association including minutes, membership records, correspondence, financial documents and news clippings.
