The fonds consists of the materials created by the Clifford E. Lee Foundation including minutes, financial statements, grant files, photographs, correspondence, research files, and oral history interviews.

The fonds consists of consists of five scrapbooks of clippings from newspapers relating to the Club created between 1979 and 1982. The fonds also contains an Edmonton Drillers flag.

The collection consists of materials collected by Anna Moran and given to her daughter Doris Lendahl. The collection consists of photograph albums and calendar cards, dated 1895-1904, a copy of "Hill's Manual of Social and Business Forms" and beaded belts. The blue, black and red belt (item 6) was made for Mrs. Lendahl's mother, Anna Moran, by an Indigenous woman.

The fonds of materials created or collected by Edna Kells, including fiction and non-fiction manuscripts as well as notes and clippings pertaining to these manuscripts. There are numerous short manuscripts and two book size manuscripts; one a source book of early Alberta history and one entitled "Those Wonderful McDougall Women". Most of the material deals with the pioneer history of Alberta.

This fonds consists of personal papers of John J. Duggan as well as some records for the Town/City of Strathcona, including Duggan’s mayoral candidacy.
The photographs are predominantly of the activities of the Old Timers’ association but there is also one of the first hand car into Edmonton.

Smith (511 S); Dominion School Geography (910 D); Fashions of the Hour by Marshall Field and Co. (746 M); and One Hundred Short Sermons for the People on the Apostles' Creed Volume 1 by L. P. Gravel (252 G).

The fonds consists of three scrapbooks relating to HMCS Nonsuch activities from 1956 to 1962. Additional materials include 2 copies of a brief history of the unit written by the Rev. J.E. McGrane (Chaplain) in 1962 and the programme from the commissioning of the HMCS Nonsuch in September 1975.

This fonds consists of song books and sheet music, ranging from 1893 to 1960. It also includes stationery eraser guides marked “John Underwood & Co.” and three Klondike coins.

The photographs are of Edmonton and area, including buildings, the Edmonton Public Library board and staff, the Edmonton News Boys Band, Mayor Joseph A. Clarke, the High Level Bridge under construction, and the Bell family with their car.
