This series consists of financial records created by the Rotary Club of Edmonton Northeast. The records consist of financial statements and ledgers for the club as a whole as well as its associated committees. In addition, this series consists of financial statements from Project Amigo which the club participated in. These records provide insight into the activities undertaken by the Club through the documentation of income sources and funding priorities.

This series consists of records relating to Rotary Districts 536 and 5370. In the summer of 1998, Rotary District 536 was divided into two separate districts once it was felt that the growing number of clubs could support two districts in the capital region. When the line between the districts was drawn, Rotary Club of Edmonton Northeast fell into District 5370. The records include district conference materials, district governor newsletters, handbooks, and directories. These records provide insight into how the Northeast club participated in the larger districts to which it belongs.

This series consists of various non-textual records created by the Rotary Club of Edmonton Northeast. Included records are compact discs, a VHS tape, and objects. The discs and tape contain records of various Club events that took place including the opening of their time capsule at the 50th anniversary of the club. These records provide insight into how the Club conducted and commemorated its events and achievements.

While the majority of the minutes are from the board of directors meetings, some include agendas and minutes from the general meetings as well. Included with the board of directors minutes are financial statements and committee reports. The records provide insight into the club’s priorities, activities, and challenges.

This series consists of newsletters created by the Rotary Club of Edmonton Northeast for its membership. Originally called the “Rotary Club of Edmonton Northeast Bulletin”, the newsletter's name was changed to the "Rotary Roar" beginning on December 22, 1967. The newsletters contain information about meetings, activities, events, membership, and more. Information provided includes stories from the Club, district, and Rotary International. The newsletters provides insight into how the Club communicated with its membership as well as what it thought important to highlight when communicating. Some of the newsletters are missing from the series.
