This series contains items and attachments from City Council meetings. The meeting minutes have been digitized and indexed, and are available under RG-8.14.
Fonds consists of minutes, reports, correspondence, invoices, clippings, scrapbooks, bylaws, contracts, minutes, and records relating to voter and census enumeration.
An order has been imposed on the material. The arrangement includes multiple series. The first 10 (RG-8.0 - RG-8.9) were processed in the 1970s and 1980s. Due to the size of the collection, the processing archivist decided to create a new division for each accession. From the 1990s the records were processed and arranged based on function, as reflected from RG-8.10 onwards.

This series contains material relating to Edmonton Power's communications directly to the public through various publications. It contains examples of mass-produced publications intended to educate citizens about the department and the creation and use of electricity. It also contains samples of artwork and production proofs used to create the publications, as well as photos taken by the department to illustrate said publications.

The fonds consists of the administrative and operational records of the Old Strathcona Foundation. These records include minutes, reports, financial information, agreements, bylaws, contracts, correspondence, photographs, audiovisual tapes, and other material pertaining to the Foundation’s efforts at conservation in the Strathcona area.
An order has been imposed on the material. Four series have been utilized in the arrangement of the records. The series are as follows:

The fonds consists of 2 City of Edmonton Christmas cards with winter scenes of Edmonton from Alderman, Una MacLean Evans, as well as a copy of "Edmonton Country Club: The Early Years" (1986).

This fonds consists of watercolour paintings done by Reg Turner, mostly of historical scenes. The fonds includes print copies and greeting cards he had created of his artwork. The fonds also includes narratives describing the scene which he included in the cards, as well as research and preliminary drawings he created to inform his art.
