This fonds consists of a tax notice and redemption receipt relating to tax arrears owed by Bruce Armstrong on Lot 31 Blk 5 SW21, City of Strathcona and two photographs, one of the D.P. Muir Harness Shop (the Armstrong family lived in rooms over the shop in 1910) and a work crew at the Alberta Legislature Building (Bruce Armstrong worked as a carpenter on the building construction).

Also included is a photocopy of a notebook with a handwritten account of the history of the Bedard family and recipes compiled by Firmin Bedard. The photographs are of the Pollard brickyard.

Gravel (252 G). The photograph is of J.B. Taft, Canadian Government Land Guide, with a party of landseekers starting out for districts northwest of Edmonton [ca. 1905].
The fonds consists of a copy of the speech given by J.W. Neilson on Dr. Arthur Benjamin Mason at the presentation of Honorary Life Membership to Dr. Mason to the Edmonton & District Dental Society on 2 Oct 1951. The Edmonton & District Dental Society is a professional organization for dental professionals in the Edmonton region which focuses on providing professional education, networking opportunities and promoting dentistry as a profession. Arthur Benjamin Mason was a highly respected dentist and considered to be one of the earliest dentists in the Edmonton area.
The fonds consists of business and family records of John A.L. McDougall. The business records cover their land, lumber and coal business activities including sales made by the company, court actions regarding unpaid debts and lands they owned in the other parts of Alberta, specifically Keephills and Telfordville.
The family records include correspondence between family members (copied from the photographic postcards), medals and a souvenir pamphlet from the inauguration of Alberta, 1905.
The photographs include family members, friends, buildings and events in Edmonton, as well as lumber activities.
