Bylaw to approve Rates Drainage Services provided by EPCOR Water Services Inc. to Customers in the city of Edmonton and others, and a mechanism whereby such Rates will be adjusted on an annual basis, for the period of January 1, 2018 to March 31, 2022, Terms and Conditions for Drainage Services, and a mechanism whereby Drainage Services Guidelines not inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions may be implemented by EPCOR Water Services Inc. and amended or replaced from time to time, and The Performance Based Regulation Plan for the period of January 1, 2018 to March 31, 2022.
A Bylaw to authorize the City of Edmonton to undertake, construct and finance Citizen Services Project, Great Neighbourhoods Initiative.
Bylaw to continue the Naming Committee as a Council committee with a new mandate and terms of reference.
Bylaw to
(a) designate a prescribed area as a business revitalization zone;
(b) designate a name for the zone;
(c) establish a board for the zone;
(d) specify the number of board members, describe the term of office of board members, the method of filling vacancies on the board and related matters;
(e) authorize a business assessment in the zone to be used for the purposes of the business revitalization zone tax, if a council has not passed a business tax bylaw for the municipality.
Bylaw to continue the Edmonton Public Library Board to oversee the public library system within the City of Edmonton, in accordance with the provisions of the Libraries Act.
Bylaw to bring about the termination of the Incentive Regulation Plan previously approved by City Council in respect of the distribution tariff of EPCOR Distribution in a fair and reasonable manner effective December 31, 2003, to permit EPCOR Distribution to implement the adjustments to the 2003 Flow-Through Rider contemplated in this bylaw, and to permit EPCOR Distribution to establish and implement.
the Special Transmission Rider described in this bylaw.
Bylaw to designate an area as a Business Revitalization Zone and prescribe its boundaries and establish a Board of Directors for the Business Revitalization Zone and incorporate the said Board of Directors.
Bylaw to approve the 2001 RRO Collection Shortfall Charge for inclusion in the Distribution Tariff on an interim refundable basis effective January 15, 2002, set out a process for establishing the 2001 RRO Collection Shortfall Charge on a final basis, and provide for the payment by EDI to EESI of the amounts collected by EDI under the 2001 RRO Collection Shortfall Charge.
Bylaw to consent to an agreement permitting EPCOR Distribution & Transmission Inc. to distribute electric power within Edmonton.
Bylaw to approve the Regulated Rate Option Tariff for the Transition Period, and the arrangements between EPCOR Distribution Inc. and EPCOR Energy Services Inc. for the provision of the Regulated Rate Option.
