This series contains correspondence files from the Public Relations Department. The majority of the files are subject files. However, there are also some files of general correspondence, as well as correspondence around requests for financial contributions through the Department's hosting program.
This series consists of records related to the financial administration of Jasper Place. Records include debentures, payroll information, auditors reports, and financial records created during the annexation process in 1964. Finances were under the jurisdiction of the Town's Secretary Treasurer; as such, monthly financial statements were included with the Council Minutes (RG-101 Series 6).
Prior to Edmonton Power becoming EPCOR there was an effort to transfer all records of historical value to the City of Edmonton Archives. This series was created to capture those records deemed to be of historical interest by Edmonton Power. The result is a varied collection of textual and graphic records documenting a wide span of the history of Edmonton Power and its predecessors. The material includes reports, photos, publications, and drawings relating to the generation and distribution of power to Edmontonians.
This series contains records created by Paul Norris while serving as an Alderman in the City of Edmonton. The majority of the records are alphabetical subject files of correspondence and council inquiries. There are also several boxes of correspondence with his constituents arranged chronologically. Some issues included in the constituents' correspondence also appear in the subject files.

It also contains power supply reports, statistical reports, feasibility studies, and reports about the Rossdale Power Plant. There are also a number of reports from the Edmonton Power Library which were created by other areas, including the Auditor General, Central Supply and Services, Corporate Policy Planning, edmonton telephones, Engineering, Finance, the Fiscal Policy Management Committee, the Office of the City Clerk, Planning, Real Estate and Supply Services, and Transportation.
This series contains the records created by the Edmonton's 75th Anniversary Committee and its various subcommittees. It includes meeting minutes, correspondence, graphic material, and ephemera relating to the activities undertaken by the committee and the community in celebrating Edmonton's 75th anniversary.
Sem títuloThe Engineering Department was established in 1958 when the Department of Public Works and the Department of Public Utilities were amalgamated. The department was responsible for the construction and maintenance of Town infrastructure, such as streets, parks, and water and sewer lines, as well as for providing garbage collection and metre reading services. The Department was also tasked with building the Jasper Place Sports Centre. When the Town of Jasper Place amalgamated with the City of Edmonton, the Engineering Department was subsumed into the larger City Engineer's Department.
This series consists of records created and collected by the Jasper Place Engineering Department. It includes project reports, updates, finances, correspondence, police reports on damage to infrastructure, personnel, and blueprints. This series also includes a plaque for the First Street Paving Program.
This series contains reports collected or created by the Edmonton Police Department.
This series contains records created by or collected by the Office of the Aldermen and the Office of the Councilors which were not generated by a particular member of council. The records are believed to have been created by staff in the office, or collected as reference material to assist Aldermen and Councilors in fulfilling their duties.
The material includes agreements, reports, bylaws, correspondence, and submissions from the community concerning the general transportation plan.
This series contains building applications, building permits, land sale agreements, easements, applications to purchase lots, cancellations of lots, building inspection reports, correspondence, and building specifications. It also includes a public notice for a proposed development.
