This series contains material relating to different committees and subjects dealt with by municipal government. The material was arranged into 64 classes based on subject.
This series consists of two sub-series: the Edmonton Roughnecks Recreation Association (ERRA) and a subseries of Sporting Associations/Gay Games records. The ERRA records include administrative files, promotional materials, tournament information, and framed and matted team photographs. There are also photographs of social activities, and a framed set of volleyball tournament medals. Included are items of ERRA clothing, including a tee shirt, baseball pants, and baseball socks. The gay games are represented in 6 files (dating 1984-1994), and there is 1 file concerning the Gay and Lesbian Sports Council of Edmonton. Finally there are two files documenting two fundraising events that featuring Olympic athlete, Mark Tewksbury.

This series consists of photographs taken by Hubert Hollingworth. The images document life in Edmonton during the first half of the twentieth century, including portraits, street scenes, buildings, events and activities.
This series consists of the EFCL’s administrative files, which include records of meetings, financial statements, office files, correspondence, and publications. All records pertaining to only the EFCL can be found in this series. The series is organized according to the file order as best recreated from the original found in the files. Copies of the 'Federation Forum' newsletters are also included under the publications sub-series.
This series consists of records from the Community Leagues that joined the EFCL. The EFCL collected documents from the Leagues for administrative and informational purposes. These documents include incorporation records, membership lists, administrative material, correspondence, and publications relevant to the individual leagues.
This series consists of material pertaining to committees and groups the EFCL was either the hosting organization, a member of, or gathered for information. This series best represents the EFCL’s mandate for community development and advocacy outside of their sports and programs.
