This series consists of correspondence, minutes, reports, and financial statements whose originating Lodge is unknown. The series also contains reports and proceedings of the Rebekah Assembly of Alberta, as well as collected histories and publications from other administrative bodies within the I.O.O.F.
This series consists of periodicals in the City of Edmonton Archives' collection. The material comes from a variety of sources and is arranged alphabetically by title.
This is a small series, but one that may well expand as further accruals are received. The records consist of documents related to GATE’s Gay and Lesbian Youth Group, the Pink Triangle Youth Group of Edmonton and other GLCCE youth initiatives. The bulk of the series consists of printed resources and reference materials related to counselling gay and lesbian youth; related youth studies and reports; and some correspondence. Included with the papers are three pink triangle t-shirts created for Pride ’92 week.

First Reading was a newsletter publication that began in 1982 with the goal of informing members of the E.S.P.C. and the public about social policies under consideration by the government and the potential implications of such policies. The newsletter ran until 1998. Alberta Facts, which later became Edmonton Facts, was an insert in the First Reading newsletter. It later became an insert published four times a year in Vue Weekly, an alternative newspaper published in Edmonton.

This series contains reports collected by the Office of the Mayor during the tenure of Mayor Jan Reimer.
Sin títuloThis series includes reports to City Council from the Commissioners. Council would request information from administration through the City Commissioners. The Commissioners would then submit reports to council, which were referenced in Council minutes. These reports were for informational purposes, but laid the foundation for decisions by Council on a variety of issues. This series has been divided into two subseries.
This series consists of reports and publications not produced by the Edmonton Social Planning Council (E.S.P.C.) or any of its divisions or committees. In its role as a research organization, the Edmonton Social Planning Council maintained an extensive library of records for use in social research. The E.S.P.C. would provide individual members and member organizations with access to these materials. Materials include reports published by both government and non-governmental organizations.
