The series consists of records pertaining to events the St. David's Welsh Society held or participated in from 1973 to 2007 including St. David's Day Banquet, David Thompson House opening, Gymanfa Ganu, and Cwrs Cymraeg Y Rhosyn Gwyllt. Records include programs, correspondence, finances, brochures, and budget documents. Also included in the series are two guest books, photographs of various events and meetings the Society held and/or participated in, and a hand drawn poster of household Welsh vocabulary by Maggie Dower.

The newsletters of the Foundation, as well as their longer-form periodical, the Strathcona Plaindealer, are included here. The Foundation also collected reports and publications from other institutions such as the City of Edmonton in an effort to advocate for the preservation of Old Strathcona’s history prior to amalgamation in 1912.

The schools include a Teacherage near Myrham, Alberta in 1915, Victoria High School in Edmonton in 1911, Cecilia Jeffrey Boarding School (Residential School) near Shoal Lake or Lake of the Woods by Kenora, Ontario in 1905-1906, a school in Stirling Alberta in 1906-1908 and the Llanarthney School for Girls in Edmonton from 1933-1939.
This series consist of records relating to tenants of the airport, including leases, agreements, and correspondence with government organizations and private companies conducting business on airport land.
The series consists of documentation of Henry F. Holland’s call to the Ontario Bar, and a photograph of Henry and Selina’s daughter, Therese Fraser Holland, on her wedding day and sent to her mother.
