The fonds consists of four brochures and pamphlets published by the Royal Over-Seas League to spread awareness of its activities and mandate. Two of the brochures outline the aims, activities, and amenities of the League, with the other two focussed on the League House located in London and the Rules and By-laws of the Edmonton Branch. A copy of the League’s history is also present.
Royal Over-Seas League, Edmonton BranchThe fonds consists of a documents, photographs, scrapbooks and news clippings related to Andrew Parnham’s military service and the 51st Battalion, C.E.F.
This fonds also consists of records of the 51st Battalion Association, including minutes, correspondence, membership and financial records and the nominal roll of officers, non-commissioned officers and men of the battalion. It also includes the association gavel and the leather briefcase that held the association records.
The material is arranged into two main sections, Andrew L. Parnham and the 51st Battalion Association.
This fonds consists of a historical sketch of the Edmonton Big Sisters Society, annual report for 1975, brochures and a poster.

Edmonton Scottish SocietyThe fonds consists of materials created or collected by Hazel McCuaig. It includes correspondence, a scrapbook collection containing news clippings on members of the Northern Alberta Pioneers' and Old Timers' Association and other prominent people and places in Alberta's history, brochures and programs relating to historical groups and cultural events in Edmonton and Strathcona. The photographs include the Rutherford home, Edmonton and district buildings, events, family members and friends as well as a military panorama (EA-82, EA-10-353, EA-10-2251). There are also maps and books on Edmonton, and a watercolour painting of McKay Avenue School.
McCuaig, Hazel RutherfordThe fonds consists of a single document prepared by Wally Mah regarding the history of the Edmonton Chinese Freemasons.
Edmonton Chinese Freemasons SocietyThe fonds consists of a history of the organization and outline of its activities prepared by the Society’s Executive Secretary, Dr. George Solt.
Edmonton Hungarian Cultural SocietyThe fonds consists of materials related to the Society’s incorporation including a copy of the Society’s Certificate of Incorporation, the application for Incorporation, and a list of signatures appended to the Incorporation application. The fonds also includes a list of officers for 1974-1975, as well as a membership list for the year of 1975. Finally, the fonds also includes an announcement for the Society’s Copernicus Competition and a poster announcing the first public lecture of the Society.
Polish Cultural Society of EdmontonThe fonds consists of a history (photocopy) of the Retired Ukrainian Canadian Association, including an application and certificate of incorporation. The records include references to Yar Chajkiwsky, William Horbay, Konstanto (Kost) Kantor, Dmytro Prokop, Fred Sharum and Harry Yakymechko.
There is also a photograph of the members of the association in 1975.
This fonds consists of a single letter from Olaf E. Simon to Mrs. [Mary] Lobay concerning Kung Fu activities in Edmonton and other Alberta and North American locations
