The fonds consists of materials collected by Beatrice Dunn, including cards, hand written financial contracts, insurance policy and coupons. The photographs include farming in High River, most likely her father’s farm, and the family home where Beatrice grew up. There is also a baby photo of Beatrice’s older brother Herbert (1901).

The fonds also includes photographs though it is not certain how the photographs relate to Dr. Holmes. The photos include group portraits (University of Alberta Drama Club 1922-1923, Canadian Officers Training Corps 1925-1926, University of Alberta Freshman Class 1921-1922), a panorama photograph of the Al Azhar Convention in Calgary, 1913 and a photograph of the visit of Alice of Athlone to the Colonel Mewburn Hospital, 1941.
