This subseries contains reports, promotional materials, architectural plans, photographs and artwork related to work done by Roman Fodchuk and Associates Ltd. on Ukrainian Cultural Heritage Village. This project was started by volunteers and concluded as a Federal Government Project along with the Alberta Government's department of Housing and Public Works. Roman Fodchuk was involved both as a volunteer and continued with the project when it was handed over to the Government. Fodchuk was involved in the landscape architecture for the site, selecting heritage buildings for the museum, restoration work and submitting the completed project for a heritage award.
The fonds consists of correspondence and business papers of Cadillac Auto Livery Company, Sellick Bros. and Trudeau Auto Company and Trudeau Auto Co.; postcards to Aime Trudeau, a scrapbook created by Alice Trudeau relating to the French community news, French history, French society, French politicians and current events in Canada, and certificates of Denise Trudeau.
The books include Alberta Public School Geography (1925) (910 P c. 2); Arithmetic Book 1 and Book 2 by J. A. Smith (511 S); Dominion School Geography (910 D); Fashions of the Hour by Marshall Field and Co. (746 M); and One Hundred Short Sermons for the People on the Apostles' Creed Volume 1 by L. P. This series of records is related to the Commissioners' role of overseeing all issues of public transportation and mass transportation within the City's limits. The Commissioners were very involved in many issues and projects related to planning and implementing transportation corridors, for railways, industrial, and commercial uses as well as private vehicles. They were also responsible for the public transportation system within, and air traffic into, the City. This series contains the following subseries:

This fonds consists of the records generated by the Trans Canada Yellowhead Highway Association in their work to advocate the development, maintenance, and use of the Yellowhead Highway. The records consist of minutes of the various boards and committees, annual general meetings, meetings of the highway areas, correspondence, running files consisting of a mixture of correspondence and research material, resolutions, financial statements, membership information, strategic plans, bylaws, photographs, promotional apparel, and a book.

McRae FamilyThe fonds consists of the records of The Whale Society of Edmonton from shortly before its formal incorporation in 1979 until shortly after its dissolution in 1983. The records include correspondence, newsletters, briefing notes, public presentations, posters, financial records, and minutes of meetings. Also included in the records is a T-Shirt designed by a Society member and sold as a fundraising item at public events. The banner used by the Society to identify their booth at public events is also included. There are also information files initially created by Dr. Dennis Wighton of the Department of Genetics, University of Alberta. These files were used by the Society in the development of their newsletters, merchandise, and briefing notes to government officials.
