The series consists of records created by the Edmonton Police Service through their function of research, planning, and evaluating their services to ensure they continue to fulfill their mandate of keeping Edmonton safe.
This series consists of minutes, financial ledgers, membership applications and certifications, and annual reports of the Maple Leaf Rebekah Lodge No. 2. The Lodge was established on March 11, 1907 with fifty-six candidates comprising 32 sisters and 24 brothers. In 2008, the Maple Leaf Rebekah Lodge absorbed the Unity Lodge membership to ease declining membership in both Lodges.
This series contains records created by or collected by the Office of the Aldermen and the Office of the Councilors which were not generated by a particular member of council. The records are believed to have been created by staff in the office, or collected as reference material to assist Aldermen and Councilors in fulfilling their duties.
The material includes agreements, reports, bylaws, correspondence, and submissions from the community concerning the general transportation plan.
This series consists of brochures, correspondence, minutes of meetings, and reports relating to the Business Development Department's and its predecessors' relationship with the Provincial and Federal government.

This series consists of material pertaining to committees and groups the EFCL was either the hosting organization, a member of, or gathered for information. This series best represents the EFCL’s mandate for community development and advocacy outside of their sports and programs.
This series consists of documentation regarding contracts Edmonton Law Branch was involved in creating and investigating. These records include negotiations with professional Edmonton sport teams, artists for creating public art, property developers and declaring several buildings Historic Resources, commercial developers and owners in developing the downtown pedway system, the lead up to hosting the Commonwealth Games, the construction and transfer of the downtown Royal Canadian Legion, the City's role in nuclear defense, and servicing land owned by developers.
This series consists of the AIDS Network of Edmonton’s administrative files including constitution and certificate of Incorporation; fundraising and educational resources; as well as a sub-series of records related to the Gay Men’s Outreach Committee (GMOC). The records are organized as Administration, Information/Resources and GMOC.

This series is comprised of local directories. It includes:
- Telephone directories listing individuals' and businesses' address and telephone number arranged alphabetically (1895-2019)
- Henderson's directories listing individuals' and businesses' address and telephone number arranged alphabetically and by address. These directories also include the person's occupation, and may include name of spouse and ownership status of the property (1895-1987).
- Numerical directories listing individuals' and businesses' address and telephone number arranged by address and by telephone number (1967-1999).
The series consists of records pertaining to the Board of Directors of the Edmonton Social Planning Council until 1987. The series includes agendas, minutes, correspondence, administrative records, reports, studies, job descriptions, financial records and reference materials. Also included in the series are documents pertaining to the roles and functions of the Council such as bylaws, terms of reference, manuals and the signed certificate of incorporation for the council.
The Board of Directors took part in many of the Council's committees which are also represented in this series. Some of the committees included are the Personnel Committee, Planning Committee, Executive Committee, Finance Committee, Communications Committee, Program Committee, Policy Committee, Christmas Bureau Committee, and Daycare Committee, among others.
Board of Directors minutes were originally filled together by year. Minutes include additional supporting documentation used and/or created by the Board of Directors including reports, statements, studies and correspondence.
