Harold Ross Warren fonds

The fonds consists of materials created or collected by Harold R. Warren between 1918 and 1948, including an assortment of cartoons relating to Royal Canadian Mounted Police life ca. 1917?; ration books from World War II; a promotional leaflet for Seeds of Pine by Janey Canuck (Emily Murphy), a draft outline of play, possibly based on actual criminal events, 1927; a poem, "Kate (saddle horse regt'l no. 2048)" by Cst. H. McCabe, 1935; news clippings re: mounted police contingent in World War I, 1918 and K Division, RCMP rifle team, n.d. a short story, "How I made the bread and a poem, , "My life in Belvedere Lodge", 1983; photographs of RCMP and other views, Edmonton, Elk Island and Banff National Parks AB, Regina SK, Aklavik and Herschel Island NWT, 1918-1934.

The fonds consists of materials created or collected by Hilda Mary Robinson during her role as a librarian and volunteer. These organizations and institutions include Northwest Industries Limited, the University of Alberta, All Saints Anglican Cathedral, Concordia College, Edmonton Klondike Days, the Library Association of Alberta, the Progressive Conservative Party of Canada, and the Royal Canadian Legion. The records of each of these organizations consist of publications, correspondence with members, and some notes Hilda Robinson might have taken while attending a meeting of the organization. Also included are various published materials from institutions that Hilda Robinson was employed by or volunteered for. Most of the materials are Concordia yearbooks which included staff member photos that included Hilda Robinson as a library staff member.

Macdonald, Clifton Family fonds

The fonds consists predominantly of material relating to Mickey Macdonald's acting career, Alan Fraser Macdonald's legal and military career, and his involvement in community organizations, as well as their family life. The records include theatre programmes, correspondence, personal notes and writings, news clippings, and photographs.

To a lesser extent there are also records relating to other members of the extended Macdonald-Clifton families, particularly John Kenneth Macdonald and Therese Fraser Holland (Alan's parents), Henry Frances Holland and Selina Fraser (Alan's maternal grandparents), Faith Clifton (Mickey's mother), Bruce Fraser Macdonald (Alan's brother), Vernis McCuaig (Mickey's sister), and Brian Macdonald (Mickey and Alan's son).
