The series consists of the records of Alexander McCauley’s construction and moving business including booklets with the costs and amount of construction material used for various projects and clients. There are also cancelled cheques, most signed by Alex McCauley, but then signed by Alex’s wife, Elizabeth, in the last few months of the business as Alex was ill for a few months before his death in 1908.

This series consists of records concerning the operations and functions of the Garneau Tennis Club. The Tennis Club was one of the five original committees when the Garneau Community League was incorporated in 1962. Like the Lawn Bowling Club, the Tennis Club held a degree of independence from the rest of the Garneau Community League. That independence was somewhat curtailed in the late 1970s due to a change in Provincial Law regarding the way financial reporting was to be conducted. This series contains membership lists, financial statements, newsletters, correspondence, and minutes.

This series includes numerous drawings for interior murals which Stephens is known to have done both while working under Golden and in his own firm James Noble Stephens Ltd.
The final file in this series is drawings from C. Talbot Larrington, The Dominion Construction Co. Ltd and Engineering Enterprise. It is not known how or why Stephens came into possession of these drawings.
The Town Clerk and Treasurer was responsible for undertaking a census of residents and voter enumeration. The first census was done in April 1954, and periodically thereafter with the final one completed in April 1964.
This series consists of records created as a result of this work. The material contains voters lists, census enumeration, polling district maps, training aids, and a letter of employment the the 1962 Census Taker and Enumerator.
