This fonds consists of agreements, brochures, correspondence, manuals, meeting minutes, newsletters, press clippings, media releases, and promotional material relating to the Business Development Department.
The fonds has been divided into five series. Wherever possible this division was done with respect to the original order of the fonds. These five series are as follows:
This fonds contains the records of the City Assessor's Department and its predecessor body, the Office of the City Assessor, including correspondence, forms, and tax assessment and tax collector's rolls.
An order has been imposed on the material. The arrangement includes 2 series, which are as follows:

The fonds consists of political, military, and personal papers. Political papers consist of reports, correspondence, financial documents concerning the City of Edmonton and the City of Strathcona between 1892 and 1935. There is also a 1912 Edmonton Subdivision map (EAM-178). Military papers include correspondence, clippings, programs, pamphlets and other materials related to Mr. Griesbach's military career and created between 1919 and ca.1943. Personal papers include correspondence, financial documents, programmes and other materials relating to Griesbach's personal life.
