This series consists of correspondence, notes, research, architectural drawings, photographs and reports created and compiled by Roman Fodchuk while a student at Berkeley University, Harvard University, associate professor in the School of Landscape Architecture at the University of Guelph, and associate professor at the University of Calgary developing the Environmental Design (EVDS) program.
The collection consists of brochures, pamphlets and publications relating to events in Edmonton. Accrual donated in 1986 included theatre and musical programs and a hand drawn map of the North Saskatchewan River made by her father. There is also a diary of her father, Austin McKitrick and photographs.
This series contains financial records, correspondence and memoranda relating to the work of the department, as well as resources used by its employees. The series includes a bookkeeping ledger used to track aggregate credits and debits between 1956 and 1974.

The series consists of family and business records of Matthew McCauley and his family. The family records include biographies on Matthew McCauley and his family. There are also family history narratives, family tree sheets, and some photocopies of photographs.
The business records are for Matthew McCauley’s butcher shop and cartage businesses. The ledgers list the daily transactions or general accounts of the businesses, which include the names of many (now well known) Edmonton families and the costs of the material, product or service provided (ex: hay, meat, livery, hauling and cartage).
The photographs include the first train across the North Saskatchewan River, Matthew’s children, and the First Presbyterian Church Choir.

Some issues included in the constituents' correspondence also appear in the subject files.
