This fonds contains the records created by the Computing Resources Department and its predecessors and successors. The material was created through the process of planning for, and making available, computer resources to departments throughout the City.
Although the material retains its original order at the accession level, it has been described as two series:

The textual records consist of: annual reports, statistics, financial statements, correspondence, policy statements, newsletters, minutes, photographs, forms, mission statements, lists of citizens, and other material. The original record order as found in 2016 has been retained, though an intellectual arrangement has been provided in the finding aid.
