The fonds consists of the records of The Edmonton Women’s Film Society from prior to its formal incorporation in 2004 until shortly after the Reel Femme ‘10 festival in 2010, after which the society dissolved. The records include administration records from the society’s operations, such as grant applications, meeting minutes, society bylaws, and correspondence. Additionally, many records relate to the Reel Femme film festivals including flyers, programs, news clippings and publicity, film adjudication notes, and film classification exemption records. Also included are large posters advertising the Reel Femme film festivals.

The Canadian Veterans Association of the United KingdomThe fonds consists of the records of the Avenue of Nations Business Association from its creation until its disestablishment by City Bylaw. The records include minutes, agendas, budgets, project files, and photographs of events held or attended by the Association. These events included Annual General Meetings, Heritage Days Parades, Children’s Carnivals, Lunar New Year Celebrations. and Green Day Cleanup events. Also included are two street lamp banners bearing the Avenue of Nations logo that were hung on street lamps in the BRZ when the Association was active.

The program highlighted the history of various churches in the Edmonton area. Each of the scripts begins: "The story of … Church as told by Harry Farmer, Producer of CFRN Television’s Sunday Visit Series".
