The records consist of minutes of the various boards and committees, annual general meetings, meetings of the highway areas, correspondence, running files consisting of a mixture of correspondence and research material, resolutions, financial statements, membership information, strategic plans, bylaws, photographs, promotional apparel, and a book.

The photographs have been described by Gregory Barker as part of a project in which he aimed to describe and identify the individuals in photographs present in MS-595, Series 7.
