The fonds consists of photographs of Alberta College student groups. Harry Peters is in the 1914-1915 Students’ Council of Alberta College photograph and both Mary Mulligan and Pearl Watt are in the photograph of an Alberta College Female Class 1914-1915.
The fonds consists of correspondence, meeting minutes and supporting documents, reports and legislation relating to the Steering Committee, Foundation of Cultural Heritage and the Edmonton Community Foundation, 1970-1971. The fonds also includes a portrait photograph of Merrill Wolfe, 1975, that was used for an Edmonton Historical Board award.
The fonds consists of photocopied transcripts of letters and articles written by Ernest S. George and the certificate of membership of E.S. George to the Northern Alberta Pioneers and Old-Timers Association, Dec. 31, 1926. It also includes a photocopied transcript of an article by Barbara Mary George, Ernest George's mother. The photograph is a portrait of Ernest George, ca. 1962 that was used for an Edmonton Historical Board award in 1977.
This fonds consists of correspondence and reports relating to the organization of the club, records of officers of the club including the President (1988-2009), First Vice-President/Vice-president (1987-2009), Second Vice-president (1954-1999), Treasurer (1963-2009), Recording Secretary/Secretary (1959-2009), Corresponding Secretary/Newsletter Chairperson (1979-2009), Membership Chairperson (1958-2009), Groups Chairperson (1966-1996), Social Convenor (1975-2009). It also includes records of the Ladies' Afternoon Bridge Club Convenor (1982-2008), Mixed Bridge Club Convenor (1972, 1980-1992), Photography Convenor (1977-1999) and The Painter Group Convenor (n.d.).
There are also photographs of executive members and events and a PowerPoint presentation of Club's history, 2009.
