This series consists of the EFCL’s administrative files, which include records of meetings, financial statements, office files, correspondence, and publications. All records pertaining to only the EFCL can be found in this series. The series is organized according to the file order as best recreated from the original found in the files. Copies of the 'Federation Forum' newsletters are also included under the publications sub-series.
The series consists of Richard Henry Secord’s daily journals, including event and financial notes, 1891-1928 (incomplete), and account books relating to various business activities, 1890-1919 (incomplete), and correspondence and other documents relating to his life activities and involvements. Some daily journals contain entries written by Richard’s wife, Annie York Secord.
The books reflect his political activities and the photographs include Richard at various ages in his life, as well as reflect his various businesses and recreational interests.
This series consists of administrative records such as minutes, correspondence, reports, administrative memos and directives, financial records (including grant programs), publicity and departmental scrapbooks, and personnel records.

This series consists of GATE’s administrative records including their bylaws and constitution, financial statements, meeting minutes and correspondence. In addition, there are copies of the GATE newsletter, two grant applications, and records related to GATE’s counselling program, and their social activities.
Gay Alliance Toward Equality (GATE)The series consists of minutes from the monthly, executive, and general meetings of the Society of Western Canadian Artists/Federation of Canadian Artists, Alberta Region, Edmonton Branch. The series also includes agendas and supporting documentation.

This series includes material created at City Hall for ceremonial purposes, such as guest books; material relating to the City’s corporate identity such as flags, a tartan, and a City crest; and documents meant to raise awareness such as proclamations. It also includes discrete items relating to specific special events and miscellaneous reports collected by the department.
The material in this series is not part of a particular business unit, function, or Committee for which we have records. Since nothing else exists at present to contextualize the material, it has been described as a series of discrete items.
This series contains copies of contracts between the City of Edmonton and various service providers sent to the Office of the Comptroller and the Finance Department by the Legal Department.
