It includes scrapbooks as well as administrative materials such as meeting minutes, correspondence with other organizations, staffing, and facility rentals and maintenance. The series also includes an event poster for the Jasper Place Sports Centre.

The Town Clerk and Treasurer was responsible for census enumeration and the voters list in the Town of Jasper Place. From 1960 until amalgamation, Ogilvie S. Taylor was Town Clerk and Treasurer. At the time of annexation, August 17, 1964, the Town Clerk and Treasurer ceased his functions and the records from the department were assumed by Edmonton's Office of the City Clerk.
This series consists of records created by the enumerators for the Town of Jasper Place census and voter enumeration. The material contains voters lists, census enumeration, polling district maps, training aids, and a letter of employment the the 1962 Census Taker and Enumerator.
This series contains the records created by the City's RCMP Centennial Committee. It includes meeting minutes, correspondence, and photographs relating to the activities undertaken by the Committee in celebrating the RCMP's 100th anniversary. Events included commemorative markers, a display at City Hall, artwork by sculptor John Weaver, a special event at Fort Edmonton Park, and a commemorative church service at All Saints' Anglican Cathedral. The Committee also became responsible for a delegation sent to Calgary to honour that municipality's 100th anniversary as a City in 1975.
This series includes material created at City Hall for ceremonial purposes, such as guest books; material relating to the City’s corporate identity such as flags, a tartan, and a City crest; and documents meant to raise awareness such as proclamations. It also includes discrete items relating to specific special events.

This series includes material created by the Special Events Office, a centralized body created in the early 1980s to administer significant civic events. This was a departure from previous special events, which were arranged by organizing committees. The events reflected in these records include the openings of Police Headquarters and the new Convention Centre, the City’s 80th anniversary celebrations, the visit of Pope John Paul II, the military tattoo which resulted in the creation of the Mayors Chain of Office, and the Tribach Festival. The records also include material relating to the replacement of the Commission Board with the Office of the City Manager.

This series includes a single file containing Bylaw 926 and Bylaw 1425, which relate to Royal Visits to Edmonton in 1939 and 1951 respectively. Also included is a press release and map of the route of Royal progress in 1939.
