This fonds consists of records produced by the Edmonton Hockey Club during its existence from 1896 to 1910. Materials include correspondence, player contracts, minutes, receipts, and postcards. Also included in the fonds are photographs of various sports clubs and athletes in Edmonton such as the bowling team, baseball players, skiers, and track runners. Records also relate to hockey in Alberta and the Alberta Amateur Hockey League.

The fonds consists of textual records relating to the administration of the Edmonton Horticultural Society and the events of the organization.

This fonds is divided into six series:

• Series 1 - Administrative records: including incorporation documents, insurance, leases and rental agreements, documents related to board activities, minutes of the Board of Directors, annual reports and membership information.
• Series 2 - Financial records: including audits, financial statements and general ledgers, fundraising records, grants and budgets.
• Series 3 - Program and Event records: including those relating to programs such as the annual bench shows, the annual garden competition, the vacant lot gardening program, the monthly speakers' program and others. Of note are the vacant lot rental records.
• Series 4 - Publications: of the society, including histories, newsletters and annual prize lists. Of note is the almost continuous collection of annual bench show prize lists from 1921 to the present.
• Series 5 - Miscellaneous and oversize documents and artifacts: includes guest books, ribbons and posters.
• Series 6 - Other Societies: material related to horticultural organizations, primarily in Alberta, that are linked to the Edmonton Horticultural Society through partnerships, affiliate ties or through common interests. These include the Alberta Horticultural Association, the Edmonton Exhibition Association and various horticultural and gardening organizations around the city.

This fonds includes financial statements, bylaws, meeting minutes, swim meet information, newsletters, photographs, and team clothing of the Edmonton Humahumanukanukaapua'a Swim Club. The photographs include images taken during swim meets and Club gatherings.

The fonds consists of minutes, financial statements, newsletters, photographs, objects, moving images, and catalogues of events and dog shows the Edmonton Kennel Club held, and helped organize, throughout the twentieth century. The fonds also consists of commemorative material created to celebrate achievements of the Club’s members, such as for birthdays or anniversaries, in the form of scrapbooks and certificates. Also included are objects gathered by Edmonton Kennel Club members who performed judicial duties for dog shows hosted by the Edmonton Kennel Club, as well as for other organizations across the world.

The photographs of the fonds are images primarily taken of the Club’s dog shows with a smaller number of images drawn from the Club’s various social activities.

This fonds consists of records from the Edmonton Lawn Bowling Club from its creation in 1926 to its dissolution in 1972. The records consist of minutes, financial records, correspondence, trophies, and photographs. Also included is a sheet of song lyrics about lawn bowling and a history of the Edmonton Lawn Bowling Club from its inception to 1961.

The photographs include a photo of the women of the Edmonton Lawn Bowling Club, photos of the winners of various trophies and competitions, and photos of former club president George Buchanan.

The series consists of minutes from the Edmonton Rugby Union Board of Directors meetings, joint meetings with the Alberta Rugby Union and various committees. The series also consists of agendas, correspondence, financial records, bulletins, reports, and a lease agreement with the Percy Page Centre.
