There is also a history, minutes and newsletter of the Edmonton Treasure Hunters (1982-1986) later called the Edmonton Metal Detector Club (1989-1993)
- a souvenir program from the Edmonton Flying Club tribute to Tommy Fox, a documentation of bird migration patterns for Edmonton and area, and various papers of the Alberta Fish and Game Association, 1958-1993. Other magazines, almanacs and photographs are catalogued separately.

Zinovich, JordanThe fonds consists of five letters written by Dr. Thomas H. Whitelaw and sent to periodicals based in eastern Canada. The narratives describe Whitelaw’s journey across Canada by rail and his perspective of the town during the closing days of the Klondike. Whitelaw also sets himself a vocal proponent of Edmonton by encouraging people to move west and take advantage of the growing community.
Also included in the records is a prescription written on Dr. Whitelaw’s prescription pad dated April 26th, 1899.
The photographs consist of an image of Main Street Edmonton (looking west in August 1898), an image of one of Edmonton’s mines, an image of mine workers, and a composite image of the Edmonton Y.M.C.A Maple Leaf Club membership from 1914 - 1915.
Whitelaw, Thomas H. (Dr.)- This fonds consists of a Stovel's pocket map of Edmonton (1917), posters for community events
- clippings, an Old Timers Association menu (1905), and papers on various subjects relating to the Society. The fonds also contains information on the Heritage Program started in the winter of 1972, that brought seniors into schools to share with students their memories of pioneer life and homesteading on the prairies. There are also a number of books which have been placed in the Archives Reference Library and photographs from presentations, and the Heritage Collection, as well as the SRSR collection of images detailing their activities, staff, members and facilities over the years. There is also a VHS tape of the opening of their new facility in 1989.
The fonds consists of brochures, booklets and photographs on various subjects including Strathcona Composite High School, Edmonton weather, David Kilgour M.P., Molson's Edmonton House, the North Star Chapter of the Acacia Masonic Lodge, and the Old Timers Baseball Association. There are also family documents for Private W.D. McAllister, including a rationing order book (1918), Canadian Discharge note giving permission for leave, note for permission to marry, a printed note from Buckingham Palace giving thanks for service and a letter from Grant MacEwan, Lieutenant-Governer of Alberta (1966).
