This fonds consists of minutes, ledgers and financial records, shareholders' notices and correspondence of the company dating from 1866 to 1965. There are also copies of the company's indenture documents, certificates, and three corporate seals.
Edmonton Cemetery CompanyThis fonds contains minutes, financial records, correspondence, and a proof of an interpretive panel created by the Royal Alexandra Hospital Women's Auxiliary.
Royal Alexandra Hospital Women's AuxiliaryThis series of records is related to the Commissioners' role of overseeing all issues of land ownership within the City's limits. Residential and industrial development had to be managed and eventually planned for. Standards were required for buildings and construction and the resulting enforcement duties. This series contains the following subseries:
3.1 Land
This subseries includes records dealing with the purchase, sale, and management of land resources within the city, including subdivision of land, easements, urban renewal, future planning, and land sales, leases and purchases.
3.2 Zoning
This subseries consists of records relating to the restrictions placed on development and changes to that system over the years.
3.3 Architects and Inspections
This subseries consists of the records generated between the Architect's Department and the Commissioners, including records relating to the enforcement of building and zoning bylaws, including the management of civic office buildings (such as the Civic Block).
3.4 Economic Development
This subseries consists of the records relating to the promotion of the City for tourism, conventions and other special events to encourage economic development.
This fonds consists of the administrative records of the Jazz City Festival Society, including year-end financial statements, grant applications, venue and musician contracts, musician immigration and payment records, sponsorship correspondence and contracts, volunteer reports, and many festival planning documents. Additionally, this fonds contains press coverage from Jazz City, Jazz City programs, and several records relating to the promotion of Jazz City including t-shirts, posters, pins, and felt patches. Also included are photographs of artists and the festival, as well as VHS tapes with interviews and advertisements for Jazz City.
Jazz City Festival SocietyThe fonds consists of materials created or collected by Hazel McCuaig. It includes correspondence, a scrapbook collection containing news clippings on members of the Northern Alberta Pioneers' and Old Timers' Association and other prominent people and places in Alberta's history, brochures and programs relating to historical groups and cultural events in Edmonton and Strathcona. The photographs include the Rutherford home, Edmonton and district buildings, events, family members and friends as well as a military panorama (EA-82, EA-10-353, EA-10-2251). There are also maps and books on Edmonton, and a watercolour painting of McKay Avenue School.
McCuaig, Hazel RutherfordThis fonds contains publications from the McDougall Commercial High School and a copy of The Khaki Call which focuses on Edmonton. It also contains material related to Donald Hagan's ancestor Donald Spence McKay.
Hagan, ElvinaThis series contains records collected and created by the Civic Centennial Committee. It includes foundational documentation, meeting minutes, correspondence, and general information and ephemera relating to Canada's Centennial.
Civic Centennial CommitteeThis series contains records from the Edmonton Alberta 75th Municipal Anniversary Committee. It has been divided into two subseries:

The coronation of George VI and his wife Elizabeth as King and Queen of the United Kingdom took place May 12, 1937. In preparation, a meeting was held by the City of Edmonton March 10, 1937 to discuss a suitable form of celebration for the occasion. The Edmonton Coronation Celebration Committee was thus established, charged with formulating the plans for the observance and celebration of the event. This series contains minutes, correspondence, and financial records of the Committee and it's various subcommittees.
This fonds contains a written history of the Edmonton Roughnecks Recreation Association, as well as photographs of the Roughnecks' various teams and members. The photographs have been described by Gregory Barker as part of a project in which he aimed to describe and identify the individuals in photographs present in MS-595, Series 7. As a result, some of the photographs in this fonds are duplicates of photographs in MS-595, Series 7. Also included are Gregory Barker's digital copies of all records in the fonds.
