This series consists of reports and publications not produced by the Edmonton Social Planning Council (E.S.P.C.) or any of its divisions or committees. The E.S.P.C. would provide individual members and member organizations with access to these materials. Materials include reports published by both government and non-governmental organizations.

There are also maps and architectural drawings which are predominantly associated with plans for development and construction.

The records also include material relating to the replacement of the Commission Board with the Office of the City Manager.
This series contains posters that were either anonymously sent to the Archives or found in the collection of the City of Edmonton Archives.
